Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours and in different dining rooms
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols
- Ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance

Job Duties
- Preset tables in assigned area and follow serving and cleaning procedures
- Be courteous to members at all times, take member food orders, serve food, buss table and reset table after member departure
- Be familiar with daily menu offerings with special regard to chef pre-meal
- Keep dining room and work area neat and orderly at all times, follow daily sanitation cleaning schedules
- Be alert to the likes and dislikes of members when serving and report problems promptly
- Attend in-service training sessions and cooperate with co-workers to ensure smooth operation
- Learn the art of food serving, communicate effectively, and maintain a pleasant personality
