Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years culinary experience desired
- preferred fine dining or catering experience
- must be 16 years or older to serve food
- must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol
- availability for approximately 2 days per week
- ability to work evening and some daytime shifts
- capable of adapting to changing environment of kitchen and events
- able to work well independently and with a team
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of culinary experience desired
- preferred experience in fine dining setting, catering operation, or commercial kitchen
- must be 18 years of age to serve alcohol
- exceptional communication skills
- ability to work well alone and in a group setting
- strong multitasking and teamwork skills
- flexibility and patience when communicating with guests and staff
Job Duties
- Prepare tables prior to events
- take guest orders
- serve both beverages and multiple course meals
- perform event clean up
- set each event specific to groups' requests and needs including all tableware
- greet guests kindly and professionally upon arrival
- collaborate with other wait staff and dishwasher for post event clean up
