Job Duties
- Serve meals to residents in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining rooms
- Provide courteous and compassionate service to residents
- Assist residents as needed during meal times
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Observe and report any resident concerns or needs to appropriate staff
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
