previous experience in waiting tables or customer service
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
excellent communication skills
ability to work AM and PM shifts
ability to stand for extended periods
positive and upbeat attitude

proficiency with POS systems

Job Duties

Greet and/or acknowledge customers in a timely manner
take drink/food orders and be able to answer any menu-related questions a customer may have
suggest menu items to customers
be able to use our POS system correctly
accurately deliver drinks/food to table
check on the customers to make sure they are having an enjoyable dining experience
deliver check to customers
