Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in wait staff or customer service role preferred but not required
Ability to work flexible AM and PM shifts
Strong interpersonal skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to stand for long periods
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate clearly
Experience with POS systems preferred
Knowledge of menu items and ingredients
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Team player with positive attitude
Basic math skills

Job Duties

Greet and/or acknowledge customers in a timely manner
Take drink/food orders and answer menu-related questions
Suggest menu items to customers
Use POS system correctly
Accurately deliver drinks/food to table
Check on customers to ensure an enjoyable dining experience
Deliver check to customers
Follow cleanliness standards and complete side work assignments
Work as a team with positive and energetic attitude
Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
