Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Provide menus, take orders, and offer recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including specials and wine pairings
- Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and efficiently prepared
- Handle payments, provide accurate change, and process credit card transactions
