Job Requirements

  • minimum one year experience in food preparation, handling, and cooking
  • prior experience in fine dining, four and five star/diamond hotels and resorts preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • can-do spirit
  • customer service focus
  • strong time management skills
  • general knowledge of proper safety and sanitation practices
  • servsafe certification highly preferred
