Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a friendly welcoming attitude
- Provide menus take orders and offer recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that the dining area is clean organized and fully stocked
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu including specials and wine pairings
- Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and efficiently prepared
- Handle payments provide accurate change and process credit card transactions
