Job Requirements
- Food Handler's certification upon hire
- TABC certification upon hire
- Experience in bartending
- Ability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous Waitstaff or similar experience preferred
- Banquet experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food and beverage service industry standards and practices
Job Duties
- Take customer food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- Greet and seat customers, present menus, and answer questions about menu items
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Process customer payments and make change
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and courteously
- Perform side work duties such as setting up and cleaning tables, restocking supplies, and polishing silverware
- Attend team meetings as required
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures
