The company is committed to offering its employees a work culture that supports advancement opportunities and encourages a healthy work-life balance, making it an attractive employer for individuals seeking meaningful and fulfilling careers in senior care and hospitality settings.
This particular role is designed for individuals interested in joining the team as waitstaff within Atria’s senior living communities. As a part-time position, the role offers an hourly wage ranging from $10.00 to $12.00, dependent on prior work history and experience. The position is ideal for those who are eager to enter the hospitality and senior care field, offering on-the-job training and no prior experience requirements, thus providing a unique opportunity for career growth. The waitstaff role is fundamentally about delivering exceptional dining service to residents, ensuring that their mealtime experiences are pleasant, comfortable, and tailored to their needs.
The waitstaff will be responsible for a variety of duties that enhance the dining experience, such as setting and clearing tables, taking dining orders, and familiarizing new residents with dining protocols at Atria. This role emphasizes high-quality customer service, effective communication, and teamwork to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere within the dining areas. Additionally, the waitstaff plays a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, helping to uphold the community’s commitment to safety and hygiene.
In addition to competitive pay, Atria Senior Living provides an outstanding benefits package to its employees, including paid holidays and paid time off, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions. Employees may also receive annual anniversary rewards and performance-based scores rewards, which further incentivizes dedication and high-quality service. Tuition reimbursement for U.S.-based communities is an added benefit that supports ongoing education and professional development.
By joining Atria Senior Living as a waitstaff member, individuals become part of a supportive team that values every employee’s contribution and fosters a sense of community. This role offers flexibility through part-time employment while ensuring that employees receive comprehensive benefits and recognition. Candidates will find themselves working in a stable and positive environment that prioritizes both resident satisfaction and employee well-being. The opportunity here is more than just a job; it’s a chance to build a meaningful career while positively impacting the lives of senior residents and being part of a compassionate and dedicated team.
