- Weekends and nights are required
- must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- must have strong interpersonal skills
- complete knowledge of the wine and cocktail menus
- ability to work as a team
- must learn the menus and upsell on every order
- Jonas POS knowledge preferred but will train

Job Duties
- Complete pre- and post-work shift duties before the end of shifts
- provide timely, friendly, and consistent customer service
- greet every member or guest with a friendly welcome
- take and serve orders
- suggest drink and food orders
- offer knowledge on suggested wines and cocktail menus
- comply with all state, local laws and company policies relating to the service of alcohol
- inform manager if service to a member or guest is questionable
- help to train newly hired waitstaff, bussers, and food runners
