Job Requirements
- High school education or GED equivalent
- minimum one year experience in front of house operations in restaurants, hotels, clubs or similar environments
- effective communication skills
- knowledge of OSHA regulations
- knowledge of state food handling and kitchen regulations
- passion for working with senior citizens
- patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition

Job Duties
- Maintain standards of appearance and cleanliness
- maintain personal hygiene and health standards
- protect confidentiality of resident information
- provide pleasant dining experience while meeting dietary needs
- set up dining room according to hospitality standards
- obtain food and supplies for meal service
- distribute and store clean dishes
- practice safe, sanitary food handling
- assist in food preparation
- perform cleaning duties in dining and kitchen areas
- mop floors as designated
- observe safety and loss prevention procedures
- adhere to infection control guidelines
- fill in for other dining or wait staff as requested
- work safely and alertly
- take ownership of associate and resident safety
- disclose any medication impairing job performance
