Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- completion of orientation and safety trainings
- additional assigned trainings
- wear black nonslip shoes
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to frequently lift or move up to 55 pounds
- availability to work swing shifts
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- one to three months related experience or training
- hospitality mindset required
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- effective presentation skills in small group or one-on-one settings
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
- gaming license issued by the Paskenta Gaming Commission
- RBS certification
- food handler's permit
- must obtain Title 31 certification
Job Duties
- Delivers consistent, attentive, and friendly service to guests
- handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally
- serve and refill complimentary beverages to guests
- sell alcoholic beverages and food to guests following RBS and Serve Safe guidelines
- enhance expertise in wine, beer, and spirits to boost sales
- clear away dirty dishes and glassware from tables in a timely manner
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
- complete all side work to maintain a clean and neat work area with adequate supplies
- operate, balance and reconcile cash and credit card transactions
- promote special events and menu items to enhance guest experience
- maintain a positive and professional team atmosphere
- relay complaints or compliments to Shift Supervisor
- maintain assigned workstation and section
- follow departmental policies and procedures
- assist in other projects as directed
