Job Requirements
- Males must be registered or exempt from Selective Service
- selectee must be suitable for federal employment
- must complete probationary period if required
- participation in direct deposit pay program
- must have Social Security Card

- must have favorable background check
- knowledge of proper food handling techniques and beverage service
- ability to perform simple math calculations
- ability to recognize intoxicated patrons
Job Qualifications
- Specialized experience equivalent to next lower level
- skill to serve beverages and meals properly
- knowledge of food handling and table setting techniques
- knowledge of menu composition including American and foreign foods
- knowledge of available beverages and wines and proper serving temperatures
- basic math skills for tabulating checks
- ability to identify intoxicated patrons
Job Duties
- Prepare dining and party rooms for service
- serve food, wines, and other alcoholic beverages in the proper manner and sequence
- perform proper table setting techniques
- recognize intoxicated patrons when serving alcohol
- accurately tabulate checks using simple math calculations
- maintain cleanliness of dining and party rooms after service
- ensure compliance with proper food handling techniques
