Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Must possess a Food Handler's Card or obtain within 30 days from hire
Patience and enjoyment working with seniors
High School Diploma or equivalent
Some food service experience preferred

Job Duties

Be courteous and communicate well with the elder population, public, and staff
Follow regulations for safe handling of food and service items
Set up dining room table for meals
Take resident's or guest's orders and serve them promptly
Adhere to food, sanitary and safety standards
Clear and clean tables after every meal service
