Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year experience preferred in fine dining hospitality and or full-service senior living
- CPR and First Aid certification
- ServeSafe certification
- Local Health Department Food Handler Card
- Ability to maintain ongoing training and certifications as required
- Ability to comply with safety and health regulations
- Willingness to perform side work and cleaning tasks
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to use point-of-sale and order management systems

Job Duties
- Provide timely and professional meal service to residents and guests
- Bus and reset tables according to company standards
- Clean and maintain dining areas and bistro per guidelines
- Take and deliver food orders accurately using company systems
- Assist residents with menu selections and answer questions professionally
- Complete assigned side work including washing dishes and sweeping work areas
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with regulations
- Participate actively in team meetings and engage in team goals
- Perform other dining service duties as assigned by leadership
