- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practice positive public relations by ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive for all guests
- Be aware of guests' needs and work to make their experience pleasurable
- Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
- Promote teamwork by assisting other servers to ensure outstanding guest service
- Thoroughly understand product specifications and ensure guests' receipts match the number of guests dining in their party
- Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- Bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager
- Be familiar with the correct table bussing procedures
- Follow safe work practices to ensure personal safety and the safety of other co-workers and guests
- Perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards
- Follow local health department laws
