Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet customers as they enter and depart with a genuine smile and eye contact
- Communicate with guests about ordering options
- Assist guests in completing orders on kiosks
- Help guests, especially families with young children, find seating
- Proactively approach families to offer assistance and engage children through conversation
- Communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and improve the guest experience
- Handle guest concerns confidently
- Ensure the lobby and restrooms are clean and well-stocked
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and make suggestions
