Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food service and menu items
Job Duties
- Greet customers including children as they enter and depart the restaurant with a genuine smile and eye contact
- Assist guests in completing orders on kiosks and in finding tables especially parents with young kids
- Proactively approach families to offer assistance and engage children in conversations to make them feel important
- Communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations for improving the guest experience
- Confidently handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure the lobby, tables, floors, and restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Work positively in a fast-paced environment and be knowledgeable about the menu to make suggestions
