Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly as they enter and depart the restaurant
- Start conversations and engage naturally with guests including children
- Assist guests with kiosk ordering and table finding especially for families
- Proactively approach families and children to offer assistance and make them feel important
- Communicate guest feedback and recommendations to the restaurant team
- Handle guest concerns confidently and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby including tables, floors, and restrooms
