Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to greet and interact with guests with genuine warmth
- Capacity to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet customers including children as they enter and depart warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact
- Communicate with guests upon entry and regarding ordering options
- Assist guests to complete orders on kiosks
- Assist guests especially parents with young kids in finding a table
- Proactively approach families to offer assistance and engage children in friendly conversation
- Communicate with restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations on improving the guest experience
- Confidently handle guest concerns
- Ensure that the lobby is clean including cleaning tables, floors, and restrooms
- Make sure restrooms are stocked with soap and tissue
- Work positively in a fast-paced environment
- Have knowledge of the menu with the ability to make suggestions
