Job Duties
- ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service
- practice positive public relations to maintain a welcoming and inclusive restaurant environment
- be attentive to guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
- demonstrate enthusiasm and product knowledge regarding new menu items and promotions
- support teamwork by assisting fellow servers
- understand product specifications and verify guest receipts match party size
- perform opening and closing procedures along with side work duties
