Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Server preferred
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working as a Server preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, midday, and evenings

Job Duties

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service
  • Practice positive public relations to create a welcoming, inclusive environment
  • Attend to guests’ needs to enhance their dining experience
  • Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
  • Promote teamwork by assisting fellow Servers
  • Understand product specifications and ensure accurate guest billing
  • Perform opening and closing procedures and complete side work duties
  • Report equipment and facility issues to management
  • Follow proper table bussing procedures
  • Adhere to safe work practices
  • Maintain cleanliness and meet quality standards
  • Follow local health department laws
