Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practice positive public relations to maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Respond to guests’ needs to make their experience pleasurable
- Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
- Assist other servers to promote teamwork and outstanding guest service
- Understand product specifications and verify guest receipts
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties
- Report equipment and facility issues to management
- Follow proper table bussing procedures
- Adhere to safety standards to ensure personal and coworker safety
- Maintain cleanliness standards and comply with local health regulations
