Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- availability to work various shifts including mornings, middays, and evenings
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- previous experience in the restaurant industry is advantageous

Job Duties
- ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- practice positive public relations by maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment
- be attentive to guests' needs and work to make the dining experience pleasurable
- show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
- assist other servers to promote teamwork and outstanding guest service
- thoroughly understand product specifications and ensure receipt accuracy
- perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- report equipment and facility issues to management
- follow correct table bussing procedures
- adhere to safe work practices to ensure safety of self and others
- maintain cleanliness standards and comply with local health department laws
