Job Duties
- act as a primary point of contact for guests in the dining area ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- provide expert knowledge of our food and beverage menu to help guests make the perfect selection
- take accurate orders and deliver items promptly to maintain the flow of the game-day experience
- collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure every order meets Buffalo Wild Wings standards
- maintain a clean and organized station while multitasking during peak hours
