Job Duties
- Act as a primary point of contact for guests in the dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Provide expert knowledge of our food and beverage menu to help guests make the perfect selection
- Take accurate orders and deliver items promptly to maintain the flow of the game-day experience
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure every order meets Buffalo Wild Wings standards
- Maintain a clean and organized station while multitasking during peak hours
