Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming, professional dining experience
- take and deliver orders with accuracy and efficiency
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe service area
- monitor tables and ensure timely service throughout each shift
- coordinate with kitchen and service teams to fulfill guest needs
- handle payments and maintain proper cash or order processing procedures
- provide exceptional customer support, resolving guest concerns promptly
- uphold company service standards and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
