Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- previous clerical and customer service experience
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- ability to engage with a diverse patient population
- willingness to work 12-hour shifts
- ability to sit for 90% of the shift and walk or stand for 10%
- willingness to work in an environment exposed to communicable diseases and bodily fluids
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- provide excellent customer service to patients, family members, hospital staff, and physicians
- engage and interact with patients, guests, and staff in a positive and appropriate manner
- provide updates and relay information to surgery patients and guests as appropriate
- answer and respond to incoming phone calls professionally
- maintain cleanliness and restock hospitality station in surgery waiting room
