Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work on-call shifts
- knowledge of applicable liquor laws
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to communicate effectively
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred

Job Duties
- take orders for food and beverage in accordance with specified standards and applicable liquor laws
- serve meals and drinks to guests in a friendly, courteous, timely and efficient manner according to the hotel's high standards
- maintain clean and appropriately stocked stations
- demonstrate wine and liquor knowledge
- cover and skirt tables
- set tables
- buss and clean assigned stations
- total bills and accept payments
