Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant or food service
- ability to work evenings during the seasonal schedule from mid-November to January 8th
- ability to stand for long periods
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- advise guests on menu items, food and drink combinations, and accommodate special dietary requests
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy and special requests are met
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- promptly address complaints or issues and relay relevant information to supervisor
- ensure the dining room is properly set up before and after service
- operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- collaborate with other departments during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
