Job Requirements
- Restaurant experience required
- ability to perform duties during the seasonal schedule from mid-November to January 8th
- capacity to work during dinner service hours
- strong customer service skills
- proficiency in safe food handling and sanitation
- ability to operate relevant food service equipment
- adherence to company policies including proper use of gloves and safety techniques

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients including accommodating dietary restrictions and allergens
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special requests
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote and maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- promptly address complaints or issues and relay relevant information to supervisors
- ensure that the dining room is properly set up before and after service periods
- operate equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- work collaboratively with other departments during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
