Job Requirements

  • Restaurant experience required
  • ability to work a seasonal schedule from mid-November to January 8th
  • availability to work dinner service shifts
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • flexibility and patience when engaging with guests and staff
  • adherence to company policies and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant experience
  • knowledge of food safety and proper sanitation practices
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • understanding of menu items and potential allergens
  • basic cash handling skills
  • strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
  • deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • follow up periodically to assist guests with additional needs or requests
  • demonstrate complete understanding of menu items, ingredients, and specialized diets
  • communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accuracy and accommodation of special requests
  • collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
