Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
  • deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on food and drink combinations
  • communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and accommodate special requests
  • collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
  • promote a clean and safe environment for guests
