Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps

- demonstrate understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on food and drink combinations
- communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and accommodate special requests
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean and safe environment for guests
