Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Capability to stand or walk around for prolonged periods
- Able to reach, crouch, kneel and stoop
- Frequent use of computers and handheld technology
- Ability to lift or move up to 25lbs

Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked including portions, ingredients, or food allergies
- Understand typical coursing and its link to upselling
- Take accurate food and drinks orders using ordering system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
