Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking around store or department
- Capable of reaching, crouching, kneeling and stooping
- Frequent use of computers and handheld technology including cash register operation
- Ability to frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with customer service or hospitality preferred
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked, such as about portions, ingredients or food allergies
- Understand typical coursing as well as its link to upselling
- Take accurate food and drinks orders using ordering system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers in one-on-one and small group situations
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas
