Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate in small group and one-on-one settings
- Ability to read and understand safety and procedural manuals
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Capacity for prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to reach, crouch, kneel and stoop as needed
- Frequent use of technology including handheld devices and cash registers
- Ability to lift/move up to 25lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients or food allergies)
- Understand typical "Coursing" as well as its link to upselling
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using ordering system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedure
