Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- effective communication skills
- ability to read and interpret instructional documents
- availability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- ability to reach, crouch, kneel, and stoop
- frequent use of computers and other technology
- ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
- ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or food allergies)
- understand typical “coursing” as well as its link to upselling
- take accurate food and drinks orders, using ordering system
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
