Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours including days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and group settings
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to handle prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Capability to perform physical activities such as reaching, crouching, kneeling and stooping
- Frequent use of computers and technology including handheld equipment and cash register operations
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 25 lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked about portions, ingredients or food allergies
- Understand typical coursing as well as its link to upselling
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using ordering system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
