Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret safety and procedural documents
  • Flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to reach, crouch, kneel and stoop
  • Frequent use of technology including handheld equipment and cash register
  • Ability to lift or move up to 25lbs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
  • Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Present menu and provide detailed information when asked about portions, ingredients or food allergies
  • Understand typical coursing as well as its link to upselling
  • Take accurate food and drinks orders, using ordering system
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
