Job Requirements

Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling and stooping
Frequent use of computers and other technology including handheld equipment and cash register with ability to process register transactions
Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Job Duties

Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked such as about portions, ingredients or food allergies
Understand typical "coursing" and its link to upselling
Take accurate food and drinks orders using ordering system
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
