Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to interpret instructions and safety rules
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping
- Capability to use computers and handheld devices for processing orders and transactions
- Frequent lifting or moving of items up to 25lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked about portions, ingredients or food allergies
- Understand typical “Coursing” as well as its link to upselling
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using ordering system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedure
