Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- effective communication skills
- ability to read and interpret instructional documents
- flexible schedule availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- capability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, crouching, kneeling, and stooping
- proficiency with computers and technology including handheld equipment and cash registers
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications

- effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
- ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and or holidays
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- present menu and provide detailed information when asked about portions, ingredients or food allergies
- understand typical coursing as well as its link to upselling
- take accurate food and drinks orders using ordering system
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
