Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, and stoop
- Frequent use of technology such as handheld equipment and cash register
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked such as portions, ingredients or food allergies
- Understand typical coursing as well as its link to upselling
- Take accurate food and drinks orders using the ordering system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
