Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to work flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to reach, crouch, kneel and stoop
- Ability to frequently use computers and handheld technology
- Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked e.g. about portions, ingredients or food allergies
- Understand typical “coursing” as well as its link to upselling
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using ordering system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedure
