Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to use computers and handheld technology
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and procedural instructions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of food menus and dietary concerns is advantageous
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked such as about portions, ingredients or food allergies
- Understand typical coursing as well as its link to upselling
- Take accurate food and drinks orders using the ordering system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
- Use technology including handheld equipment and cash register to process transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized dining and service area
