Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively and present information to customers
- Ability to interpret safety rules and procedural manuals
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, and stoop
- Frequent use of computers and handheld technology including cash registers
- Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or food allergies)
- Understand typical 'Coursing' as well as its link to upselling
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using ordering system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
