Job Requirements
- Previous serving experience preferred
- ability to work part-time schedule including Sundays
- must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous serving experience preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic understanding of food safety and sanitation
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- knowledge of specialized diets and allergens is a plus
- ability to remain patient and flexible under pressure
- familiarity with cash handling and point of sale procedures
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally
- maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodate special requests
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- maintain confidentiality and sensitivity regarding personal or medical information
- promptly address complaints or issues and relay them to supervisor
- ensure dining room is set up properly before and after service
- operate various equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines
- collaborate with other departments for special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
