Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in fine dining preferred
- ability to work part-time Tuesday through Thursday with varying hours
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently, following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advise guests on appropriate combinations and accommodate reasonable requests
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated
- exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain positive interactions with guests and staff
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- maintain confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- promptly address complaints or issues and relay information to a supervisor
- ensure dining room is set up properly before and after service
- operate various equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- work with other department staff during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
