Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet dining guests
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food and beverages professionally while maintaining sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional requests
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and accommodate special dietary needs
- communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- operate dining equipment including beverage machines and fire extinguishers
- maintain a clean and safe dining environment
- collect tickets and handle cash transactions properly
- address guest complaints and relay information to the supervisor
- set up and clean dining areas before and after service
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- perform additional duties as assigned
